Paolo & Kate was dealing with my case & they have been amazing in all aspects. I was given multiple mortgage advices just in 1 hours from the first time I contacted them. After submitting all the documents I took some time to consider. When I finally said yes, it took only 1.5 hours to receive the offer letter from lender - really impressive. The whole process was completely effortless & smooth. It was all professional, clear & efficient, very positive from my personal experience!

Jaivik Patel is the best mortgage advisor I have been dealing with. He found the best mortgage for my needs and then kept checking for better rates and managed to get me the best deal possible and much cheaper than what I expected. The whole process has been super smooth and Ellie Walker has been a great case manager. I will use Better again and again and will always try to get Jaivik!

This is the second time that I have used Better (formerly Trussle) to help with a mortgage.
Paolo and Kate both went above and beyond to help make what seems like a stressful process very easy and straight forward.

I recently had a very unsatisfied experience with one of your mortgage advisor Deepak Sharma. I applied mortgage through him and received feedback eventually from him saying no detail can be supplied.

The communication from him is never clear and he keeps asking for more docs even though we have supplied everything required on page.
The final communication is NOT the truth. I found out that lender performed hard search on my credit report and received an email from lender for me to rate there service. I believe the application has been submitted and got rejected at the end. This is NOT acceptable.
We spent around 3 weeks with him and this is NOT the result that we were looking forward. Bottom line is the keep honest and transparent.

Great experience with Steven B and Amanda, contact and communications was good, which started with phone calls and then predominantly emails towards the end which was what I wanted. The guys were obviously busy and even with a couple of hiccups from the banks we managed to get the remortgage completed on time. Great service if you are happy working with email and internet.

Never used a mortgage broker before but wish we had after using Better! Liam Glockling and Ellie Walker who handled our application were terrific. Both were available at almost all hours and answered any queries and questions we had efficiently. Couldn't recommend them enough and the best part is, it's FREE. The brokers simply take a commission when your mortgage completes.
